Tell me where it hurts.

Transformation and growth can be painful. Too often, we try to work through difficult challenges on our own. Inviting collaboration can sometimes feel vulnerable and uncomfortable. But it doesn't have to be.

Leaders should only do what an individual or team can't do for itself.

Being an effective leader only works when partnerships are built on trust and a shared willingness to unearth root causes, align on goals, and collaboratively arrive at the right solutions to key issues that impede progress.

For over two decades I’ve worked closely with some of the world’s foremost organizations, as well as progressive change makers in society to support their personal and professional goals.

Whether functioning as an advisory board member or investor, my goal is the same–to unlock the innate potential within each of us by identifying our impediments to growth and overcoming them with empathy, integrity, and resilience.

Boards

Partnership begins with trust.

But it takes more than trust to join a board. I view board membership as a sacred pact; a covenant that founders share with those who are unfailingly dedicated to their success. And I’m honored to play a part in bringing their vision to life.

The following are past and present board seats and advisory boards roles where I have offered my time and support.
