The higher you go, the fewer people will tell you the truth. That's a hard way to make big decisions. I offer advisory services for people in need of somewhere to think out loud and take considered action.

It isn't performance coaching and it isn't therapy. It's a standing conversation with someone who knows your context and can help you find the answers you’re looking for.

How it Works

Ongoing sessions, typically monthly or twice monthly, over a defined term. We agree the scope at the start and revisit it as things evolve. Between sessions I'm reachable for emails, document review, and the urgent text message.

I take a limited number of these at a time, because the work requires availability and dedication to your needs.
