Facilitator

Personal and professional growth are intrinsically linked.

Drawing from a wide range of practices and modalities, from coaching and workshop facilitation to alternative medicine therapy and leading guided retreats, I listen deeply in order to personalize how to best support individuals and teams as they move through consequential stages of their development.

While “personal” and “professional” work may look different in form, the goal is fundamentally the same.

A facilitator’s job is to create the space and circumstances where your innate understanding and potential for change is able to manifest.

One-to-one

Working together in a one-to-one relationship is where some of the deepest, interior work can occur.

For over a decade I've worked with individuals by offering personal and professional guidance in a coaching capacity, as well as hands-on treatments in alternative medicine practices rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Indigenous medicine practices of the Nahua peoples.

One-to-many

Working in groups can provide greater opportunities for reflection.

Whether working as a team, a family, or as a group of unrelated participants (e.g. conference attendees, retreat guests), I offer programs that help to bring greater awareness toward empathy for the self, and for others.

Program Length

Programs range from 1-2 hours, 1/2 day, full day, and multi-day experiences designed to suit variety of needs.

To explore these programs, please contact me to share more about your specific needs.
